I am in tears right now, I am just undone! Theresa and PTP you have done an amazing job with this and I am so humble and proud to be a part of this amazing Zone, I thank you so much and Johnny, this is why we all love you so much!

Amazing! Johnny is truly an example of generosity, kindness and compassion for a world that is in such need. We hear of so many wrong people doing hurtful things in the world, but Johnny Depp is a very "right" person. It's a great honor to be a fan and to be part of the Zone. A blessing! Again, thanks to all who put this wonderful project together!

You know it's weird. It feels like we're all standing in this enormous room, a big circle of us all holding hands: the Zoners, Mr. Depp, Mercy Corps and the people we're reaching with our donations. Who know how our monies will touch some person, some child. We are all connected. Can't ask for more from life.

I'm absolutely stunned!! I don't know why I'm stunned....he said he was going to do it. But he really did it!!! I'm blown away!!! I think it's because I never dreamed that my measley donation (in light of all that is needed to help Japan) would ever inspire Johnny. This feels totally backwards. He inspires me....not the other way around! I'm amazed, I'm touched, and I'm deeply honored!

It's a source of pride and affirmation that acts of kindness, like the Johnny Depp Birthday Project, is accumulative. To quote an old saying, "What goes around, comes around" and it's certainly a good feeling knowing that we are all connected in kindhearted spirit and part of the same altruistic circle with Johnny.

This is all so wonderful! Thanks to all who were able to donate this year and to the JDZ admins who orchestrated this years B-day project. Time and again Johnny shows us why we adore him so much. It's nice to play even just a small part in such a worthy cause and in the name of someone so talented, beautiful, and generous.

I have to admit, I am not even a little bit surprised.

This is the man we admire and respect and his donation in response to ours just demonstrates one of the reasons we all feel that way. What produces that wonderful butterfly-in-the-belly feeling is the knowlege that Johnny has the Zone on his radar. He responded to the birthday project when we donated to GOSH as well, but this one seemed more personal.
Needless to say, this is one project that we have to keep going. Who knows what could happen in furture years!!!

I certainly got a kick out of the Mercy Corps letter - they seemed appropriately giddy over contact with "the main man!" Looks like JD-OCD has struck again!
