Katerfelto, hmmm, yes. This was actually the name of a Prussian quack doctor who came to England in the 1800s and practiced on patients telling them he could cure them of the flu 'just like that' when of course he could not. It's also the name of a phantom horse that lived on Exmoor in the West Country of England, where my son lives. Unfairly to both quack doctor and phantom horse I thought the name sounded suitably evil enough for my shadow-god.
