The John Dillinger Song by Big Al Whittle

Unread postby Liz » Fri Jul 10, 2009 3:09 pm

Bill Helmer emailed me a song that Rick Mattix sent to him (Rick is not the artist). Rick has collaborated with Bill on many a book. To hear the song open the link below. It should start playing on its own after about 30 seconds. I can hear it, but it doesn’t seem to work for DITHOT. :-? :-/ Hope it works for youse guys.

You can't judge a book by its cover.

The only thing that matters is the ending. It's the most important part of the story.

The song didn't open for me until I noticed my security system put one of the bars across the top of the page blocking something. When I clicked on it and said it was OK to run the song played. Its OK but I like the "get along little doggies" song that Dillinger liked to sing better.

Yeah, me too--especially when Johnny sings it.

Thanks for sharing how you got it to play. I'm sure that will be helpful for those having issues with it.

My computer blocked the sound, but I was amused by the printed lyrics.

The funny thing is that the printed lyrics don't match exactly. It's like he adlibs as he goes.

It played for me .... scary moral to the song, too.

Triangle, trinity-you know, how two people make another person.
Three is a MYSTICAL, MAGICAL number."
