Thanks to one of the friends here I have been able to obtain a copy at last of this book and already half way through it - so many thanks for your help. I received a link and was able to purchase it that way - you are very kind. :yahoo:

Loser's Town is also available as an audio book--the unabridged version is recorded on 4 CD's. I haven't seen a cassette version anywhere.

I live in Los Gatos. I have not been keeping up as often I should. If I had known he was going to be so close, I would have loved to have gone.

Is there a mechanism set up to alert people by email when there is going to be an appearance by a Depp in our various and sundry neighborhoods?

I would love to receive them if possible.

Hey there, neighbor. I was just in Los Gatos last week.

I wish there was some sort of alert system when a Depp was in town. But if that were the case, it might be going off constantly. :lol:

In all seriousness, I think that something like that would be too difficult to manage. Just keep an eye on the Porch, the Pit and the News Board on a daily basis. I learned about it from Emma, who posted it on the Pit, I think. I'm really sorry you missed it. It was definitely something I won't soon forget.
