That comment by Tom that he would never be friends with a homosexual smacks of protesting too much...come out,come out[of the closet,Tom] where ever you are... :-O I think Tom is thrown into the story to throw doubt on Mina's veracity..but in the end,it's another bit of the puzzle that is unclear...

Now that's interesting, gilly! I do think he at the least he was certainly, homophobic. There aren't very many puzzle pieces that fit are there?

That had not even occurred to me, Gilly. Either way, I think it is definitely a tool Gangemi used to keep us wondering. :-?
