gilly, what is the saying along those lines? It's not the destination but the journey? Something like that?

Sorry!!! I was off drinking champagne and sitting in the hot tub (even though it was in the high 70's and it made no sense to be in the hot tub!). When I said I was off to watch the Horns trample the Buffs, I didn't know I meant TRAMPLE! Pasadena, here we come!!! Wooo-hooo! They (meaning people who know about these things) tell me that Vince Young will not win the Heisman Trophy this year, but I don't know why the hell not. He rocks!

I agree that they didn't really change, like completely, but rather than they moved away from the obstacle of suicide. They realized that they can get over hurtles and such and overcome. But at the same time, face the troubles in their lives. (I think Martin is an example of that) Really, they all just come to grips with themselves, they don't change, just improve.
