Hi Dihot just off now to buy my Baileys
once again i really like your thinking on the baileys iceblock idea

You just put the whole bottle in the freezer. The liquid will not freeze all the way and it comes out like a thick milkshake. And of course, freezing causes all the calories to disappear. :grin: [/b]
