ONBC: During our discussion of Cutler Beckett's back story you mentioned you were able to watch deleted scenes between Beckett and Jack from their meeting in Beckett's cabin. Were there other deleted sections from the films that you were able to see?
Ann: Just the ones released on the DVD’s. I watched the one where Jack shows Elizabeth his scars several times, and that’s how I knew how Jack’s left arm was injured during the fire aboard the Wicked Wench.

Interesting. I watched that scene, too, and never thought of how he got the scars on his arm. Just that they were there. It's pretty obvious that I'm not a writer!
