Ooh, maybe we'll get a new interview? Johnny often makes time for Ruben Nepales

Thanks for the update, emma!

That was fast. He must have just wrapped on Labyrinth. Less than a week from one character to the next, not much time for "decompression". Hopefully the process of leaving the skin of Officer What'shisname was relatively simple.
But I'm guessing he won't need to spend very long on the MOTOE set, considering he's just one of several main characters? I don't know what his particular character's arc is supposed to be, but since I've never seen the first film version, I'm looking forward to being introduced to the story via this version.
"I feel I am good sitting on a beach with a breeze going by, the waves hitting the beach."
"I've got a lot of Barbies in storage..."
"The Mad Hatter is the Mad Hatter. What am I going to do, play him like Lee Majors?"

Daily Express
15 March 2017

Day and Night
Edited by Jack Teague with Dominique Hines

JUDI’S IN DEPP HEAVEN

Having just finished filming the remake of Agatha Christie’s Orient Express, the normally cool, calm and collected Dame Judi Dench appears to have been rather taken with co-star Johnny Depp, below.

“I have just finished Murder On The Orient Express with Kenneth Branagh,” Dame Judi, top right, tells Day & Night of the current version of Sidney Lumet’s 1974 classic, which Kenneth directs and also stars in as Hercule Poirot. She adds gushingly of her co-star who appears as murder victim Edward Ratchett: “It is heaven working with Johnny Depp. I dote on Johnny. He is heaven!”

Dame Judi, 83, refused to be drawn on whether this version would match the original – which was nominated for six Oscars: “I don’t know if the film will be as good as the original. Who knows?”

:thanks!: emma!
I wonder if the whole movie has wrapped or just Judi's part?

I think they've been filming since November and Johnny just worked the last few weeks, so I guess his role will be limited, not surprising since he's the murder victim. It will depend on how much backstory they give him.
