Re: Which version of Glass Books?

Thank you, Liz. I might be either getting the hardback book from the library or buying the 1st book this week.

I'll see how fast I can read it to join in! :goodvibes:

I hope I am posting this in the right place. Can someone please tell me which version of The Glass Books of the Dream Eaters the ONBC is reading? I noticed that there is a Book One that just came out in paperback, and the second book is due out soon. I'm wondering if reading the first one would be e...

Ok, I looked up the publisher's website, Blackstone Audiobooks. Then I called them today. Yes, they confirmed that it is 35 CDs ! Amazon has it for $29.67, (list is $44.95) and the publisher will match their price. Lizbet, thanks so much for your suggestion. I checked out audible.com, and their 10 m...

Shantaram in AudioBook format?

I am wondering if anyone has gotten a copy of Shantaram in Audio Book version, particularly on CD? I read the book a while back, and will most probably read it again before the film comes out. But it being over 900 pages, and I have a lot I'd like to read — I love listening to audio books, so I am s...

Re: Announcing the Zone's 2007 Birthday Project!

...Currently the web page features a picture of two smiling pub owners who have raised more than 450 pounds—roughly $900—in the past two years. I’m confident the Zone can do just as well. We know most Zoners are on tight budgets, but when we pool our donations together in a worldwide “Collection Bo...

I don't know about Iggy being in Blow (don't think so), but I didn't see any mention on this thread yet about Iggy's contribution to the Arizona Dream soundtrack, especially the opening tune.

I'd also like to thank ThirdArm (formerly Charlotte inCA). I believe she was the one who initially posted the newspaper article from the Santa Cruz County Sentinel that had information about Johnny wearing the bracelet to benefit the Children's Hospice. I think that if it wasn't for her, we may not ...
